- Water - 2 tbsp.
- Egg - 1 pc. (for test)
- Salt - 0.5 tsp (for test)
- Minced meat - 0.5 kg (for filling)
- Bulb onions - 1 pc. (For filling)
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste (for filling)
- Tomato paste - 4 tablespoons (for the sauce)
- Fresh greens - a few twigs
- Bulb onions - 2 pcs. (for the sauce)
- Carrots - 1 pc. (for the sauce)
- Butter - 2 tablespoons (for the sauce)
- Sour cream - 4 tablespoons (for the sauce)
- Ground black pepper - to taste (for sauce)
Step by step cooking of lazy dumplings in tomato and sour cream sauce in a pan
1. Introduce the egg into the sifted flour. Pour in warm water, add salt.
2. Before preparing lazy dumplings in tomato and sour cream sauce in a pan, knead a soft, plastic dough.
3. Cut the onion in two ways: one onion into small cubes, the other two into half rings.
4. Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat, knead it well. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough thinly. We apply minced meat on its entire surface, spreading it with a spoon without gaps.
6. Roll the dough into a tight roll. We cut it into large pieces.
7. According to the recipe for lazy dumplings in tomato-sour cream sauce, mix sour cream, tomato paste, salt and pepper, pour in water.
8. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Fry onions, add carrots. We fry everything together until a beautiful golden color.
9. Add butter.
