Curd is a useful product for a growing child's body. However, not all babies eat it with pleasure. Then you need to look for recipes for delicious cottage cheese dishes, which kids will definitely not give up. For example, every child loves desserts, and there are a huge number of them from cottage cheese. They are delicious and nutritious. At the same time, they are made in such a way that you cannot immediately guess that the basis of the delicacy is cottage cheese. Having mixed delicate curd with additional products, it will no longer remind the baby of ordinary curd, which he reluctantly eats. And if the dessert is also beautifully decorated in a transparent bowl, sprinkled with nuts or chocolate, then the kids will probably ask for more.
If you care about your figure and count calories, then eat dessert for breakfast, this is the best light snack after waking up. In addition, you can reduce or increase the calorie content of a treat using the selected products. For example, homemade milk, cottage cheese and eggs have a higher percentage of fat. Accordingly, the dessert from them will turn out to be more satisfying and more nutritious. For a lighter treat, use low-fat cottage cheese, store-bought pasteurized milk, and eggs. Then the delicacy will turn out to be dietary.
