- Boiled corn - 1 ear
- Salt - large pinch
- Pears - 1 pc.
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Radish - 7 pcs.
Step by step cooking salad with corn, pears, radishes, cheese and cucumbers, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the radishes and dry them with a paper towel. Cut off the ends on both sides and cut it into thin half rings about 3-4 mm.
2. Do the same with the cucumber: wash, dry, cut off the ends and cut into half rings.
3. Wash the pears, dry them, remove the seeds with a special knife and cut them into pieces.
4. Pre-boil the corn in salted water and cool. Then cut off the grains with a knife. Press the knife as close to the cob as possible to cut off as many grains as possible. Corn can be used frozen or canned.
5. Cut the cheese into strips or cubes. The way of cutting food can be different, which one you like best.
6. Place all food in a deep bowl.
