- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 100 g, size 90/120
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Spinach - 10-15 leaves
Step by step cooking spaghetti with spinach and shrimp, recipe with photo:
1. Pour drinking water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Dip the pasta into it, stir so that they do not stick together and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to medium and cook without lid until tender and soft. The cooking time for a particular type of pasta is written on the manufacturer's packaging. Turn the finished pasta onto a sieve so that all the water is glass.
I recommend using hard pasta for the recipe.
2. Defrost shrimp naturally at room temperature without using a microwave oven. Or pour boiling water over frozen seafood for a few minutes and overturn on a sieve to glass the water. They will thaw quickly.
3. Cut off the spinach leaves from the stems and wash well under running water, washing off all dust and dirt. Dry the leaves with a paper towel and cut into several pieces, depending on the size. Leave small leaves intact.
4. Peel the shrimp and cut off the head.
5. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat. Place the spinach in the skillet.
6. Add the prepared shrimp to the skillet.
7. Stir the food and simmer for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
8. Add the cooked pasta to the pan.
9. Toss the spaghetti with the spinach and shrimp. Fry the products a little in a pan for about 1-2 minutes and serve the food to the table. When serving the dish, you can complement it with tomato sauce or cheese shavings. It is usually consumed immediately after preparation.
