With it, you can make not only pizza, but also dishes for the festive table.
Minced meat for pizza can be used from any kind of meat - mixed, pork, beef, lamb, chicken. It depends on your taste preference. In this review, I'll show you how to make minced pork pizza. And let's prepare yeast dough. It turns out such pizza is hearty, high-calorie, nutritious. You can get enough of just one or two pieces!
Before starting the preparation of an Italian dish, I want to give some useful tips. First, a more elastic dough can be obtained by pouring in a little vegetable or olive oil. Second, it is advisable to sift the flour so that it is enriched with oxygen. Third, you can cook yeast dough using any liquid: sour cream, kefir, milk or plain water. Fourth - in order for the dough to turn out to be airy, it must be allowed to brew a little in a rolled form.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 200 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Pork - 600 g
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Table vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cheese - 100 g
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 20 ml
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Making pizza with minced meat on yeast dough:
1. Pour milk into a bowl, warm temperature so that you can hold your finger. Add sugar and yeast. At warmer temperatures, yeast will not work.
2. Stir well and add 1 tsp vegetable oil. You can use fresh yeast instead of dry yeast.
3. Pour in flour, which is sifted through a fine sieve.
4. Substitute the dough so it doesn't stick to your hands. You can grease your hands a little with vegetable oil. Leave the dough in a warm place to fit and expand 2.5 times.
5. Take a pizza dish, brush with vegetable oil and line the dough in a thin layer. If you want the pizza to be thin, then spread the dough no more than 5-7 mm, prefer the basis more dense, put the dough 1-1.5 cm thick.
6. Wash the meat, cut off the veins with fat and twist in a meat grinder.
7. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the minced meat until golden. Season it with salt and ground pepper.
8. Wash the tomato and cut into half rings 5 mm thick. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the garlic. Marinate onions in vinegar and 1 tsp. Sahara.
9. Grease the pizza blank with ketchup, spread out the garlic and pickled onions, which were previously squeezed out of the liquid.
10. Spread the fried minced meat evenly on top.
11. Place the tomatoes on top of the meat.
12. Drizzle the tomatoes with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
