Step by step cooking stewed cabbage with rice and minced meat, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, cut off the film with excess fat and twist it through a meat grinder.
2. Onions and garlic, peel, wash and also pass through the auger of a meat grinder.
