Pour the agli sauce and stew until it thickens. This usually takes 2-3 minutes. Eggs are carefully driven in, adding one at a time, 4 pieces. Then pour in 150 ml of cream, 30%, 2 tablespoons of orange juice, a tablespoon of liqueur from any citrus, add a tablespoon of zest. The pouring is poured into a mold, placed in an oven with a temperature of 120 ° C, baked until the pouring acquires the consistency of jelly. After baking, put in the refrigerator and leave for 6-8 hours. Then the sauce is boiled: the rest of the juice is mixed with the zest, diluted starch, a little liquor are added. Boil for 2 minutes over a fire, stir. Decorate the cheesecake with slices of agli, chocolate and pour over the sauce.
