As you know, the birthplace of pizza is Italy. Although today pizza is already a leading and popular dish all over the world. It is consumed at home, adored by the Americans, it is in demand in Austria, without it one cannot imagine life in Brazil, and, of course, in our country. We began to cook it in the early 90s, after which the dish quickly became a signature dish and is in demand in every family. Since its preparation does not require special culinary skills, and you can constantly experiment with fillings, from which you can get new tastes. Tomatoes, herbs, meat, vegetables, cheese, seafood, and even fruits with berries are very popular as fillers. Anything will do. But focusing on Italian classic cuisine, you need to adhere to certain rules. We will talk about them below.
- The pizza base should be rolled out as thin as possible, about the same as for a pie.
- The dough can be used ready-made sheet or homemade do-it-yourself.
- The filling should not contain more than 6 components, otherwise the taste of the food will be washed out.
- Spread the ingredients evenly throughout the dough.
- Bake pizza in a preheated oven to at least 250 ° C.
- Bake the dish for no longer than 20 minutes.
- For a crisp finish, sprinkle the cheese on the pizza immediately before placing it in the oven. For soft, stretchy cheese, bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Always serve hot and freshly cooked.

Step by step preparation of pizza with vegetables and sausage:

2. Defrost the dough and roll it into a thin round layer about 5 mm thick. Brush a baking dish with a thin layer of vegetable or olive oil and lay out the dough. Cut off the excess edges.
3. Cut the smoked sausage into thin half rings of 2-3 mm and put on the dough.
4. Top with half rings of thinly sliced milk sausage and pieces of fried eggplant.
5. Then evenly place the thinly sliced tomato half rings and sprinkle with the cheese shavings. Heat the oven to 230 degrees and bake the pizza for 20 minutes. If you want the cheese to be melted and stringy, then put it on the pizza after 15 minutes of baking. Serve the finished dish immediately after cooking while hot.
