  • Hard cheese - 50-100 g

1. First, dumplings - I took with potatoes and mushrooms. Boil 3-4 minutes until half cooked in salted water. While they are boiling, we will do sour cream: salt and pepper it, add a pinch of aromatic herbs.

2. Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. We pass it until transparent in a small amount of sunflower oil.

3. All the main components of the dish are ready, you can start collecting the pots. To do this, pour a spoon or two of vegetable oil on the bottom, put half-finished dumplings, shifting them with an onion. My family likes to have more onions, so I did not spare it and cooked a double portion.

4. When the layers are collected, pour sour cream over the dumplings.
