We only note that it is better to choose a cast-iron frying pan with thick walls, but a thin aluminum one with a non-stick coating will not be quite right: it is necessary that the walls keep the heat, but do not burn the food.

- Chicken thighs - 2-3 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Soy sauce - 5-6 tbsp. l.

- Corn - 2 tbsp l.

Cooking chicken in soy sauce with vegetables step by step
1. Remove the chicken meat from the bone, cut into small oblong pieces.
2. Fry the meat over high heat in a little vegetable oil. When the chicken is brown enough on all sides, remove the meat from the pan.
3. We send vegetables to the mixture of vegetable oil and fat remaining after frying the meat. Cut onions into half rings, carrots into thin strips, and all pepper into small cubes. We also put frozen or canned corn in the pan. If you do not like very spicy dishes, hot peppers can be removed from the dish by replacing it with dry paprika and adding dry red pepper at the very tip of a knife. Saute vegetables lightly in a frying pan.
4. Return the meat to the steamed vegetables and mix the contents of the pan well so that the meat and vegetables give each other their taste and aroma. Fry for a few minutes.
5. Fill the chicken with vegetables with soy sauce. Place a lid on the pan and reduce the heat. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 10 minutes.
