But it is worth adding vegetables, a little soy sauce to them and they will play in a new way. Today we offer you to cook Chinese-style chicken hearts in soy sauce, with a lot of onions and garlic. For those who calmly tolerate honey in dishes, we recommend adding it, and for the rest, we recommend using sugar.

Ingredients:
- Chicken hearts - 400 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Lemon - 1/2 part
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- Ground paprika - 1 tsp
- Curry - 1 tsp
- Pepper mixture - 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 30 ml.
Step by step cooking of Chinese chicken hearts in soy sauce
1. Let's start with the sauce. Mix sugar and spices.
2. Add soy sauce and juice of half a lemon, stir well. Leave the bowl of sauce aside, we'll need it soon.
3. Cut the onion into half rings, 4–5 garlic cloves into slices.
4. Send the onion and garlic to the pan with well-heated oil. We fry for literally 3-4 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
5. We managed to buy chicken hearts already peeled. If you are not so lucky, then first remove fat from them and remove blood clots, as well as cut off large vessels. After such manipulations, chicken hearts can be sent to the pan with onions and garlic.
6. Fry chicken hearts for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. They should change color.
7. Add our soy sauce to the pan. For a richer flavor, add 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to the sauce.
8. Make the maximum fire under the pan and do not move away from it. Stir the contents of the pan constantly after 5 minutes, you will see that the soy sauce has begun to evaporate, and the hearts and onions are covered with a thin appetizing layer of a kind of sauce.
9. You can serve chicken hearts in Chinese as an independent snack, or with a side dish of rice noodles or rice.
