Ingredients:
- Milk - 1 glass (preferably fatty)
- Granulated sugar - 40 g
- Raspberries (fresh or fresh frozen) - 100 g

Beat raspberries in a blender with sugar. The proportion of berries and sugar is 1: 1, but if you do not like very sweet milkshakes, then you can take half as much sugar.

Pour cold milk into the whipped raspberry mixture. Take the volume of milk at your discretion. If you want to get a light cocktail, then you need to pour in a lot of milk, and if you prefer a richer and thicker taste, then you can limit yourself to this proportion - a glass of milk: 100 g of berries: 40-50 g of sugar.
