A step-by-step recipe with a photo of making an alcoholic milkshake with raspberries at home. A nutritious and healthy drink. Ingredient combinations and recipe video.
A milkshake is such a delicious and delicate drink that you want it more and more. And their recipes are so varied that you can try new types of it every time. They are especially in high demand on summer days. Simple milkshakes are made with only milk and berry or fruit syrup or puree. More complex drinks are complemented with ice cream, cream, condensed milk, honey, crushed ice and other flavors. In this review, I propose a recipe for an unusually tasty drink - an alcoholic milkshake with raspberries, which is hard to tear yourself away from.
It is important to pre-cool the milk for the recipe to about 5 degrees. Then it will beat well. Add the proportions of alcohol to your liking, depending on the desired strength of the cocktail. And for the children's table, generally exclude alcohol from the recipe. An adult cocktail with milk-based alcohol will pleasantly refresh, relax and relieve fatigue. You can indulge in such a drink on a hot summer day and on a cold winter evening. It can be consumed in the evening after dinner, served at parties and celebrations, or as a snack throughout the day.

Ingredients:
- Milk - 150 ml
- Cognac - 50 ml or to taste
- Raspberries - 100 g
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon or to taste (you can without it)
Step-by-step preparation of an alcoholic milkshake with raspberries, a recipe with a photo:
1. Place cold raspberries in a bowl to make a drink. This berry is not washed, but immediately used for recipes. If you don't have raspberries, make a cocktail with bananas, strawberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, and more. You can also use cookies, ice cream, chocolate, etc. as a fruity addition.
2. Pour cold milk over the raspberries. Depending on the amount of milk added, the consistency of the drink will be obtained. If you want a thinner cocktail, take 2 times more milk. According to the proposed recipe, the drink will turn out to be more like a smoothie, i.e. thick.
3. Pour sugar as desired into the bowl of food and immerse the blender. Grind food until smooth and airy foam.
4. Add cognac to the drink, which you can substitute for brandy, whiskey, rum, gin and other alcoholic beverages. Again, beat the alcoholic raspberry milkshake with a blender and pour into glasses. The drink turns out to be quite thick, so it will be difficult to drink it through a straw.
