Apple puff envelopes are a dessert that will become your family's favorite treat. The cooking process takes a relatively long time, but the game is worth the candle.

So, first you will need to prepare the puff pastry, then figure out the filling and, in the end, make the envelopes themselves.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 3 cups
  • Margarine - 200 g
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Apples - 3-4 pcs.
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

1. Stage one. Knead the puff pastry. Knead the hard dough from flour, water and salt.

5. Stage two. Cooking the filling. We wash the apples and cut them into thin slices, after which we cover them with cinnamon and sugar (if the apples are sour, do not spare sugar). Mix everything thoroughly.

6. Stage three. We glue the envelopes. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and roll it out thinly. Now you need to cut a square out of the dough (approximately 30x30 cm). To do this, you can use a baking sheet, pans or a plate of a suitable shape. Divide the resulting square into four more equal squares.

7. Now put the filling in each small square. And roll it up by gluing opposite corners. Tip for a note. At one corner, you can make an incision with a knife, this will be a "loop" for the opposite corner for beauty.

8. Put the finished puff envelopes at some distance from each other on a baking sheet greased with margarine or butter. You need to bake them until golden brown on the dough at a temperature of 200 degrees. Attention! Don't overdry the dough. Follow the cooking process.
