3. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and any spices. I add more nutmeg. Minced meat can be purchased ready-made, or you can cook it yourself. To do this, pass it through a meat grinder. Twist the meat twice to make the meatballs more tender. You can also use a blender to grind it.
