Ingredients:
- Crab meat (or sticks) - about 200 g
- Canned Corn (Sweet) - 1 can
- Bulgarian pepper (red) - 1 pc.
- Large eggs - 3 pcs.
- Cheese - about 100-150 g
- Light mayonnaise
Cooking crab salad:
1. Defrost the crab meat and chop finely. 2. My pepper, remove the core with seeds, cut one half of the pepper into thin strips. 3. Rub hard cheese (for example, "Holland" or "Edam") on a coarse grater. 4. Chop the boiled eggs with an egg cutter or cut into cubes.
5. Put everything in a deep salad bowl, add canned corn, season with mayonnaise, mix, lightly salt. 6. Serve in portions. You can arrange it like this: tightly fill a small bowl with salad, cover with a plate, turn over. Sprinkle the resulting neat slide with finely grated cheese. Cut the remaining pepper into half rings and garnish the salad with it.
