Today we will prepare a salad from the most familiar and low-calorie foods: cabbage, apples and plums. This is an excellent combination of products that cleanse the intestines well, remove toxins from the body, improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, and have a laxative and diuretic effect. Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 200 g
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Plums - 5-6 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons for refueling

Step-by-step preparation of unloading salad from cabbage, apples and plums:
1. Finely chop the cabbage into thin strips. Sprinkle with salt and press down a few times with your hands to let the juice out. Although salt is practically not used in unloading salads and salads for weight loss, but without this preservative, few people can eat food. Therefore, I use salt, but in a very minimal amount, and only so that the cabbage starts up the juice.
2. Wash the apple, remove the core with the seeds with a special knife and cut into strips or grate. I do not peel the rind, although you can cut it off if you like.
3. Wash the plums, pat dry with a towel, cut in half and remove the seeds.
4. Cut the berries into thin strips.
5. Put all the chopped food into a salad bowl and season with vegetable oil. Although you can use any oil you like more: olive, sesame, pumpkin, etc.
