- Eggs - 10 pcs.

- Dill - 50 g
- Mayonnaise - 50 g

Step by step cooking of eggs stuffed with salmon
1. First, prepare the eggs - boil them until "hard boiled" without overcooking so that the yolk does not change color. Immediately after cooking, drain the hot water and fill the product with cold water. We leave a thin stream to cool the eggs faster. We clean it from the shell and cut it in half lengthwise.
2. Carefully remove the yolks and knead them in a deep container with a fork. You can also use a fine grater to grind to a homogeneous mass.
