People began to add cognac, rum, liqueurs, vodka, etc. to coffee and coffee drinks for a long time, many centuries ago. Today, the most popular combination is coffee with cognac. These 2 drinks are in perfect harmony with each other, forming a divine aroma and an unforgettable taste. Such an aristocratic drink will warm you on a frosty winter evening, invigorate and give energy. However, this applies exclusively to good cognac.
I will devote a few words to the beneficial properties of cognac. This noble drink will relieve you of toothaches and headaches, speed up the healing process and improve memory. But, and it is not worth abusing it, tk. this can lead to alcoholism. It is also not advised to drink it for those who have problems with blood pressure. The same goes for coffee with cognac. Of course, drinking one cup 1-2 times a month will not bring harm, but only benefit.
Milk or cream is a third popular addition to these drinks. Dairy products neutralize the bitterness of the coffee, making the drink softer and more delicate. In this recipe, I propose to combine these three popular products in one drink.

Ingredients:
- Milk - 500 ml
- Instant coffee - 3 tablespoons
- Cognac - 100 ml
- Dark chocolate - 50 g
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
- Allspice - 3 pcs.
- Anis - 2 stars
- Carnation - 3 buds
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons or to taste
- Cinnamon - 1 stick
Making a low-alcohol drink from coffee, brandy and milk:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon stick, anise stars, cloves and allspice balls.
2. Add coffee, cocoa powder and lower the broken chocolate bar. If possible, you can grate the chocolate, so it will be easier to melt. Boil the liquid, reduce the temperature to a minimum, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly, so that the chocolate is completely melted and the cocoa and coffee are dissolved.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat, cover with a lid and leave to infuse so that the spices open up and give off aroma and taste. When the drink has cooled to a temperature of 70 degrees, strain it through a fine sieve or cheesecloth, pour in the brandy, stir and start tasting.
