- Flour - 300 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Margarine - 130 g
- Milk sausage - 300 g
- Ketchup - 2-3 tablespoons
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp without slide
- Eggs - 1 pc.

Step-by-step preparation of shortcrust pastry pie with sausage, tomatoes and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Prepare food for the dough: flour, eggs, margarine, salt, sugar, baking soda. Take margarine cold, not frozen and not at room temperature. To knead the dough, prepare a food processor with a cutting knife attachment.
2. For the filling, take milk sausage, onions, tomatoes, mustard, ketchup. The tomatoes in the recipe are frozen, you do not need to thaw them, because they will melt in the oven. Wash fresh fruits, dry and cut into 5 mm rings. Take any cheese, preferably melting well.
3. Place the sliced margarine in a food processor.
4. Add eggs, a pinch of salt, sugar, and baking soda.
5. Pour the flour, which is sifted through a fine sieve, so that it is enriched with oxygen.
6. Knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. If you cook it with your hands, then knead it very quickly so that the margarine is in contact with your hands, as little time as possible, because shortbread dough does not like warm foods. The margarine will begin to melt, which will prevent the dough from crunching and crunching.
7. Remove the dough from the food processor, wrap it with your hands, shape it into a lump, place it in a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour or to the freezer for 15 minutes. Although, without loss of quality, it can spend up to 3 days in the refrigerator, and up to 3 months in the freezer.
8. Roll out the dough into a thin layer about 5-7 mm and place in a baking dish.
