- Frozen puff pastry - 200 g
- Apple - 1 pc. depending on the size
- Flour - 1 tablespoon for sprinkling
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp for greasing the roll
- Any frozen or fresh berries - 200 g (the recipe uses black currants and raspberries)
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Sugar - 50 g or to taste and as desired
Step-by-step preparation of a puff pastry roll with fruits, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the dough from the freezer and defrost naturally without using the microwave. It defrosts quickly, literally 1 hour. When the dough is soft, dust the top with a rolling pin with flour and roll it into a thin rectangular layer about 3 mm thick.
2. Put the berries on the rolled dough. If they are frozen, you do not need to defrost them first, they will thaw in the oven. Wash fresh berries under running water and dry with a paper towel. If you are using raspberries, they are usually not washed.
