For example, a lard, garlic and mustard sandwich. Don't be afraid of the calories and fat found in lard. Since it is impossible to eat lard in large quantities, and a natural product is much healthier than dubious industrial sausages and lean mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- Bread - 2 slices
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dried ground green onions - a pinch
- Lard - 50 g
Step by step preparation of a sandwich with lard, garlic and mustard, recipe with photo:
1. Cut the bread into neat slices about 1 cm thick. If you want them to be the same size, buy sliced bread.
2. Spread mustard on the bread and spread it evenly over the whole piece. Mustard can be taken classic or French beans.
3. Sprinkle the bread with ground dried green onions. If there is no such refueling, then it's okay. Season the sandwich with whatever spices you like the most.
4. Slice the bacon into thin slices and place on the bread slices overlapping each other. Lard can be with or without meat veins, smoked lard is also suitable.
5. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices, which are put on the lard. Garnish the lard, garlic and mustard sandwich with fresh herbs if desired. The appetizer is ready and you can serve it to the table.
