For example, the equally famous pancakes made from zucchini or capelin caviar, liver or apple pancakes … In addition, pancakes are a great way to prepare a complete dish if there are few ingredients. Today's recipe involves combining three components in one dish at once: meat, vegetables and fish caviar. This creative combination turns out to be very tasty, healthy and very quickly prepared.
Each housewife can change the recipe. Instead of potatoes and onions, take other vegetables: zucchini, cabbage, carrots, beets, etc. Any fish caviar is suitable: from pike perch, carp, carp, capelin or other fish. A large assortment is also offered as a meat component: pork, beef, veal, poultry … But if some additive seems excessive, then just do not use it and cross it off the list of products. The main thing to remember is that when choosing ingredients, the dish should be filled with healthy products.
You can use prefabricated pancakes as an independent dish with fresh thick sour cream or white garlic sauce. Duty side dishes are suitable: pasta, potatoes, cereals. You can just put pancakes on a piece of bread, and it will already be delicious.

- Potatoes - 1 pc.
- Fish caviar - 150 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Meat (any sort) - 200 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Step-by-step preparation of prefabricated pancakes from meat, vegetables and fish caviar, a recipe with a photo:
1. Peel potatoes with onions, wash and cut into pieces for a meat grinder. Wash the meat, pat dry with a paper towel and cut.
2. Place the meat grinder with medium wire rack and twist the potatoes and onions through it.
3. Then pass the meat through the auger.
4. Place the fish roe in a fine sieve and wash. Leave all the liquid to glass and add to the minced meat. Pour in the eggs next.
5. Season food with salt and ground pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices and herbs if desired: ground nutmeg, dill, garlic passed through a press, etc. Knead the pancake dough well.
6. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. When the butter sizzles, take a portion of the dough with a tablespoon and spread it in an oval shape in the pan.
7. Fry the vegetable and meat pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Serve them hot right after cooking.
