1. From Chinese cabbage, remove the required number of leaves, wash them under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut them into thin strips and place them in a deep salad bowl.
2. Peel the radish from the thin skin and grate on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips.
3. Remove the wrapping film from the crab sticks and cut them into cubes or strips. If you use them frozen, then first defrost without using a microwave and hot water. Defrost them in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf.
