- Butter - 100 g
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Greens - a few twigs
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Flour - 250 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Milk sausage - 200 g
Step by step cooking quiche with sausage and tomatoes, recipe with photo:
1. Place the slicer attachment in the food processor and place the cold butter in slices. The oil must be chilled, but not warm or frozen.
2. Add one raw egg to the bowl.
3. Add flour, a pinch of salt and baking soda.
4. Knead an elastic and smooth dough so that it does not stick to the sides and bottom of the crockery.
5. Prepare the stuffing products. Remove the wrapping film from the sausage and cut into rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut into rings. Wash and chop the greens.
6. Place the eggs in the container to pour.
7. Add sour cream and a pinch of salt.
8. Grate 2/3 of the cheese and add to the container to the products.
9. Whisk the food until smooth and smooth.
