- Milk or doctor's sausage - 200 g
- Olive oil - for dressing

- Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc. big size
- Hot pepper - 0.25 pods
Step by step cooking salad with sausage and tomatoes in pepper, recipe with photo:
1. Wash sweet bell peppers and dry with a paper towel. Cut in half lengthways along with the ponytails. Remove the seed box from the core and cut off the septa. Do not remove the stalk, it will keep the shape of the pepper.
