There are many similar recipes, but I want to offer you a very fragrant dish that is great for lunch. Oven-baked pork ribs with potatoes, carrots and garlic in soy marinade are fantastic. To do this, you will need any convenient shape with a lid. Well, in the absence of such, you can use a regular sleeve for baking. The main thing here is that the products are steamed inside with steam, from this they will turn out to be very soft. And if you bake them openly, then the ribs will dry out a little. Although this is not for everybody.

  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 1-2 heads
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Potatoes - 4-6 pcs.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp or to taste
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 1-2 heads
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Potatoes - 4-6 pcs.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into slices and place them in a baking dish. If desired, the tubers can be baked in the peel, especially if these are young fruits, then it is advisable to leave the peel. Season the vegetable with salt and pepper.

2. Peel the carrots, wash, cut into cubes and place on top of the potatoes. Remove the husk from the garlic and send the cloves into the mold for the vegetables. By the way, you don't need to peel the garlic, but bake it in the husk, like pilaf. It will keep its shape, will not decay, and will taste great.

3. Prepare the sauce. Combine the soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper in a deep bowl. Mix the ingredients well. This spice set can be enriched with nutmeg, cumin, paprika, basil and other spices to taste.

4. Wash the ribs, dry and put on top of the vegetables. Pour the marinade over them and close the pan with the lid. If you wish, you can cut them into portions, or leave them whole, as shown in the photo. Also, this vegetable composition can be supplemented with cauliflower, sweet peppers, tomatoes, onions and other vegetables to taste.

5. Send the dish to a heated oven to 200 degrees for 45 minutes. If you want the meat to be crispy, remove the lid 10 minutes before cooking. If you bake food in the sleeve, then just cut it.
