If you love apple and plum baked goods, here's a simple recipe for a lean apple and plum roll. Despite the fact that the products are prepared without eggs, milk, butter, sour cream and other rich products, the roll has an excellent taste, aroma and texture. But if you do not fast or are not afraid of extra calories, then you can spread pieces of butter on the surface of the roll before baking. They will give the product a delicious creamy taste.
In addition, a roll is prepared according to the charlotte principle, very quickly and easily. This is a baking option - one, two and you're done. Another indisputable plus of the recipe is that you can knead the dough, leave it in the refrigerator and bake the product the next day. It behaves well for a day in the cold without losing its qualities. It can also be frozen in the freezer, and when needed, defrost and bake homemade cakes.
As a filling, use any fruits and berries to taste, seasonality and availability. - Flour - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Apples - 1 kg
- Drinking water - 100 ml
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Salt - a pinch
- Plums - 0.5 kg
Step by step cooking lean apple-plum roll, recipe with photo:
1. Place the slicer attachment in a food processor and add flour, which is sifted through a fine sieve. This will enrich it with oxygen and the baked goods will become more tender.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a food processor and add a pinch of salt.
3. Add potable water to the combine.
4. Knead an elastic dough so that it does not stick to the hands and sides of the dishes.
5. Remove the dough from the food processor and wrap your hands around it. Now beat it off, this will make the dough softer and more elastic.
6. To do this, take the dough in your hands, lift it up to the level of your head and throw it on the table with effort. Do this 20-30 times. Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for half an hour.
