Today I suggest you make banana pancakes. It turns out delicious and very aromatic. Moreover, bananas for the recipe can be taken of the second grade - those that have turned black (overripe), with them the baking will turn out excellent.

  • Eggs - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 1, 5 tbsp.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l. in dough

Take overripe bananas for the recipe - they are the sweetest and most fragrant. Since bananas are often substituted for eggs in baked goods, you too can adjust the recipe based on how many bananas you have. Those. if you only have one banana, take 2 eggs.
