It's all about the amount of flour, and most importantly, that these pancakes are fried in a dry frying pan.
Today I suggest you make banana pancakes. It turns out delicious and very aromatic. Moreover, bananas for the recipe can be taken of the second grade - those that have turned black (overripe), with them the baking will turn out excellent.

- Kefir - 1 tbsp. (250 ml)
- Banana - 2 pcs.
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Flour - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l. in dough

Take overripe bananas for the recipe - they are the sweetest and most fragrant. Add kefir to the banana mixture.
Sift flour along with baking soda. It is not necessary to extinguish it, since kefir will do it. Add flour to the dough. Mix with a whisk or fork.
It remains to add the spread butter to the dough so that the pancakes are not dry and do not stick to the pan.
Now you can fry the pancakes. Choose a non-stick skillet. We heat it up and pour the dough into the pan with a spoon. Pancakes should be larger than pancakes. You can try and make all the pancakes round.
Fry pancakes on each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
