Turkey recipes are different, and there are quite a few of them, but mine allows dietary meat to retain its juiciness, taste and real fresh aroma. The variant is very useful for consumption, simple in execution and affordable, because turkey is sold in every major supermarket. This is a dietary meat that is suitable for the daily menu of those who are fit or want to lose weight.
The most common problem that almost every housewife has when roasting a turkey in the oven is dry meat. Only certain parts of the bird are fatty - for example, the ham. And the breast from which the fillet is prepared is almost completely devoid of fat, because of this, with the usual variants of its preparation, the meat often turns out to be dry and not particularly pleasant to the taste. And so that the fillet does not turn out tough, some subtleties should be observed when baking it.
So, the most juicy and soft meat is baked in foil or a sleeve, in a company with vegetables. A proven method will also help to cope with dryness - a marinade, which will give the meat tenderness, saturate and provide an unforgettable aroma and taste. It is also important not to overexpose the turkey in the oven - usually 20-60 minutes are enough for cooking, depending on the size of the pieces.

Cooking turkey fillets in the oven
1. In a bowl that will hold all the meat, pour wine, soy sauce and basil greens. You can add any other herbs and spices. Stir the marinade well.
2. Wash the turkey fillet, for a more dietary dish, remove the skin, and make deep punctures in the meat with a sharp knife. They will help to better saturate the breast during marinating, which will make it even softer.
3. Submerge the meat in the marinade so that it is completely covered and leave to marinate for 1-3 hours. But you can endure it overnight, then it will be even softer and more tender.
4. Then remove the fillets from the marinade and place in a baking sleeve or cling foil.
5. Send the meat to bake in a heated oven up to 200 ° C for 35-40 minutes. If you have a larger piece of meat, then increase the baking time, and, accordingly, reduce it.
Do not remove the finished meat immediately from the sleeve, but allow it to cool slightly so that the meat does not weather and dry out. Then cut into portions and serve. It can be consumed both warm and chilled.
Tip: if desired, the meat can be pre-stuffed with garlic cloves, carrot pieces and other vegetables.
