- Meat (any) - 800 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Prunes or dried plums - 100 g
- Spices and herbs to taste
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Buckwheat - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 2-3 tablespoons
Step by step cooking meat with buckwheat and prunes in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Sort the buckwheat, removing pebbles, dust and dirt. Pour it into a fine sieve and rinse under running cold water. To make buckwheat even tastier, fry the washed cereals in a pan until golden brown. To make buckwheat crumbly, if before cooking, soak the cereal for an hour in cold water.
