  • Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons
  • Spicy spices (any) - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

1. Peel the potatoes, wash and dry well with a paper towel. Peel, rinse and dry again. Cut the tubers into 4-6 slices, depending on the original size.
