- Veal - 1 kg
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - pinch or to taste
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ground ginger powder - 0.5 tsp
Step by step cooking of baked veal in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Combine soy sauce, mustard, ground nutmeg, salt and black pepper in a saucepan. You can also add honey, fresh herbs, garlic to the veal marinade. These products will not overpower the delicate taste and aroma of meat.
2. Stir the sauce until all the spices are evenly distributed.
3. Wash the veal under running water and dry with a paper towel. Spread the sauce well on all sides of the meat.
