This is a very satisfying, juicy and tasty dish that can be eaten alone, along with a side dish, or used as a pie filling. You can use any meat for the recipe: pork or beef, lamb or chicken. In addition, absolutely any vegetables can be additionally used here: red or yellow peppers, ripe tomatoes, carrots and others. The dish can be cooked on the stove in a heavy-bottomed saucepan or pan, or over a fire in a cauldron.

The food is prepared very quickly, while with minimal labor costs. It turns out delicious and nutritious. Any member of the family will be able to get enough of it, both the smallest and representatives of the older generation. Especially it will appeal to the male sex. I use minced pork for the recipe, but you can replace it with another variety if you like. The proportions of the products can be varied depending on the taste. Reduce the amount of meat for weight-watchers, and increase the amount of meat for men who are meat-eaters.

1. Wash the eggplants, cut off the ends and cut into small cubes with sides of about 1 cm. If the fruit is ripe, i.e. old, then I recommend soaking it in saline solution to remove unpleasant bitterness. For some, however, it is spicy. To remove this bitterness, you can sprinkle the eggplant cut into two halves with salt and leave for half an hour. The droplets that appeared on it, this is the bitterness that came out of them. Then just rinse the vegetable under running water. You can also dip the vegetable in 1 liter of water with 1 tbsp dissolved. salt, where to stand for 30-40 minutes.
