Duck meat is considered a delicacy. And if it is cooked in the original marinade, then it will simply be impossible to come off it. The cooking time of the bird will need to be adjusted depending on the age of the duck and the size of the pieces into which it will be cut. Young poultry, cut into medium slices, will cook in 1 hour and the meat will become tender. If the duck is an adult, then it will take 1, 5 hours. If you bake the whole carcass, it will take 2 hours. Ingredients:
- Duck - whole carcass or parts
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Milk - 30 ml
- Spices and spices to taste
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 wedges
Step-by-step cooking of duck in slices in honey and milk sauce, recipe with photo:
1. In a large bowl, in which all the pieces of duck will fit, put all the spices and spices for pickling: milk, soy sauce, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, black pepper and all the spices that you like. This recipe uses dried mint, ginger powder, and parsley.
2. Stir all sauce ingredients well.
3. Wash the duck, remove black tan and feathers, if any. Cut into pieces, wash and dry well with a paper towel. If you wish, you can remove the skin from the pieces, it contains the most fat and cholerol. Send the prepared duck to the marinade.
4. Stir the poultry until all pieces are covered with sauce. Leave it to marinate for half an hour at room temperature. But you can withstand a longer amount of time, for example, leave it in the refrigerator overnight. And if there is no time to wait at all, then you can immediately send the bird to bake.
5. Place the poultry in a roasting sleeve, place on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 1 hour. But adjust the baking time yourself, depending on the age of the bird and the size of the sliced pieces. If you want the pieces to have a golden crispy crust, then cut the bag 15 minutes before being done.
