Step by step cooking roast with vegetables in a pumpkin
1. Wash the meat under running water, cut into medium-sized cubes 2 * 2 cm in size.
2. Pour half of the sunflower oil into the pan, heat it slightly, then put the chopped meat. When it is slightly fried, reduce the gas under the pan a little, continue to fry, stirring occasionally.
3. Peel the onion and chop finely and thinly. Add chopped onions to the pan to the meat.
4. After it becomes transparent, add the green beans to the frying.
5. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
6. Scald the tomato with boiling water, after the skin bursts, peel it and finely chop it so that it "drips" slightly.
