Today I will tell you a healthy and easy recipe with a pleasant taste - a smoothie made from yogurt, frozen plums and cinnamon. It can be used as a healthy breakfast and a great dessert. And the preparation will not take more than 10 minutes, and the ingredients are widely available commercially.
Smoothie is a thick drink that can be prepared from any fruit and vegetable chopped with a blender. Ingredients:
- Natural unflavored yoghurt - 150 ml
- Frozen plums - 4-5 berries (fresh)
- Ground cinnamon - 0.25 tsp

1. Place frozen plums in a blender bowl. If using fresh ones, wash them and remove the bone.
2. To make it easier for the blender to work, thaw the plums a little. To do this, you can remove them from the freezer 15 minutes before cooking, or heat them up in the microwave for no more than 30 seconds.
