- Pork - 500 g

- Water - 2 tbsp.
- Small carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.

Step-by-step cooking of semi-finished meat products - meatballs with rice
1. Before preparing meatballs with rice, prepare the ingredients. First of all, we rinse the rice to clean water and put it on the stove. It is not worth boiling until cooked, because during freezing, the grains may lose their structure. Therefore, we cook it half the allotted time and put it in a colander so that all the water is glass, and the cereal itself cools.
2. Cut fresh meat into pieces and grind through a meat grinder. You can also make meat mass using a blender. To do this, put the pieces of the product in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and then grind them. The minced meat should be homogeneous and small enough. For lovers of fatty and juicy meatballs with rice, you can add a little fresh lard to the meat mass.
3. We place the prepared minced meat and rice in a large container, where it will be convenient to mix all the ingredients for preparing semi-finished meat products - home frozen meatballs with rice.
4. Next, three peeled carrots on a fine grater, and chop the onions with a knife. You can grind both vegetables in a blender. We send the resulting mass to the rice-meat mixture.
