- Butter - 100 g
- Strawberries in their own juice - 150 g
- Flour - 140 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 140 g
- Vanillin - 4 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make a delicious strawberry pie step by step
1. First of all, according to our simple recipe for strawberry pie, take the butter out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature to soften. If the margin of time is minimal, then it can be melted a little in a water bath or at minimum power in a microwave oven. Next, beat it with sugar in a deep container.
2. Gradually introduce the eggs while continuing to beat. By the way, it is desirable that the eggs are also at room temperature.
3. Then add flour and baking powder. Knead with a fork or mixer. The dough is not very thick. We achieve homogeneity and dissolution of all flour lumps.
4. We select a baking dish. According to our recipe for strawberry pie, step by step, its capacity should be approximately 2 times larger than the volume of the dough. The shape - round, square, oval - doesn't matter. Lubricate the walls with butter or refined vegetable oil. We spread the dough and level the surface.
