This uncomplicated pastry conquered the stomachs of a multi-million audience. Of course, some will say that muffins can be bought at the store. But the quality of industrial products is questionable. But homemade products are delicious, beautiful and very simple to prepare. It is enough to spend a little time in the kitchen and implement the recipe.
Today I propose to cook not just chocolate muffins, but with pieces of dark chocolate. This is a real gourmet delicacy! Although, I note that they are baked with a variety of fillings, not only sweet, but also salty. It depends on your taste preference. It is customary to serve muffins warm with butter. They are served for tea on a festive dessert table, for example, at Christmas. These little cupcakes are especially helpful when you have no time to tinker with inventing complicated cakes. For serving for a festive event, muffins can be decorated with cream or icing, then they will resemble cakes.

Step by step preparation of muffins with chocolate, recipe with photo:
1. Place dark chocolate and butter in a bowl. Place the bowl in a water bath or microwave. Melt the food. The butter will melt much faster than the chocolate. Therefore, immediately remove the bowl from the heat when it is already liquid. Because if you heat it further, it will boil, and this should not happen.
2. Whisk the butter and chocolate together. From the hot temperature of the butter, the chocolate will quickly melt and dissolve. In addition, you should know that you cannot bring chocolate to a boil, otherwise it will taste bitter and irrevocably deteriorate.
3. Combine eggs with sugar.
4. Mix the eggs with a mixer until they are lemon-colored and double in volume.
5. Combine both masses: chocolate and egg.
6. Mix the liquid base with a mixer and sift flour and baking soda through a fine sieve. Then it will be enriched with oxygen, which will make the cupcakes more tender.
7. Mix the dough again with a mixer until smooth and smooth.
8. Take small portioned molds and fill 2/3 of them with dough. The molds can be iron, but then coat them with oil. Silicone or paper molds are also suitable. They do not need to be oiled.
9. Send the muffins to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. They cook very quickly, so do not overdo it so that the inside of the filling is soft and tender. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze.
