  • Eggs - 3 pcs. (for test)
  • Kefir - 1, 5 tbsp. (for test)
  • Vegetable oil - 100 g (for dough)
  • Sugar - 1, 5 tbsp. (for test)
  • Salt - a pinch (for dough)
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp. (for test)
  • Cottage cheese - 200 g (for balls)
  • Egg - 1 pc. (for balls)
  • Semolina - 2 tbsp. l. (for balls)
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. l. (for balls)

First of all, prepare the dough. Break eggs into a bowl and add sugar. Beat until fluffy.

Add cocoa. Stir the dough gently with a whisk or fork to stay clean. If you choose to stir the dough with a mixer, then cocoa will be throughout the kitchen. Therefore, mix with your hands, then you can turn on the mixer and bring the dough to homogeneity. Leave the dough to swell the semolina for 20 minutes. After the indicated time, add baking powder to the dough and stir.

Now let's prepare the curd balls. Beat an egg into the curd, add semolina, sugar and flour. Mix with a fork. If you are a keen fan of coconut flakes, then add 100 g of coconut flakes instead of semolina and flour. The combination of cottage cheese, chocolate and coconut flakes is ideal. But just not everyone loves coconut.

We pick up the curd mass with a boat and roll the ball with wet hands. We put them on a plate and send them to the freezer. For 15-20 minutes.
