Kefir cupcake with poppy filling in the oven - step by step preparation with photo
Combine sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Beat them with a whisk or mixer. The latter is preferable, as the whipping process will be faster.
Add room temperature kefir to well-beaten eggs. Don't forget vegetable oil.
Add flour and stir well. We add soda last, when the baking dish is ready and the oven is preheated.
Cover the form with parchment or grease with oil and pour out half of the dough. Spread the poppy filling on top of the dough.
Pour out the second part of the dough.
We send the baking dish into an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown and dry match.
We immediately take the finished cake out of the mold and let it cool completely.
Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar. We take out compote or milk, or maybe we brew tea or coffee, and enjoy the insanely tasty dough with delicious filling.
Bon Appetit!
