Of all the cereals, oatmeal is considered the most useful. It contains about 16% of valuable vegetable proteins and about 6% of vegetable fats. It is nutritious, gives a charge of vivacity and energy, because it contains a lot of starch. Today I propose to cook lazy oatmeal, summer oatmeal, or as it is also called oatmeal in a jar with prunes and honey.
Perhaps this is the only recipe where you do not need to do practically anything. I poured oatmeal into a jar, add food to taste and filled the whole thing with the selected liquid. If you want to make dietary oatmeal, then instead of milk, fill the cereal with water or juice. But milk or cream will give a creamy shade to the food. To improve the taste of porridge, all kinds of additives are added: dried fruits, fruits, berries, honey, cottage cheese, nuts and other ingredients to taste. And as oatmeal, you can use flakes or flour. Every eater will find additives of his choice, and today we have prunes and honey. It is worth noting that oatmeal in a jar is perfectly stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Therefore, a hearty and healthy breakfast can be prepared for several days at once.
