The recipe for the dish is incredibly simple. And as practice shows, the basic rule in cooking chicken dishes is that the meat should be fresh and chilled. Therefore, for a successfully prepared meal, choose just such a carcass.
When buying a bird from the store, pay attention to its color and smell. The chicken should be pink, almost odorless and slightly shiny. Pay attention to its integrity. - Chicken - 1 carcass without breasts

Step-by-step recipe for stewed chicken with apples:
1. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces. Breasts are not used in this recipe, I use them for pate and salads, the recipes for which you can find on the website.
