- Barley porridge - 100 g
- Pumpkin - 100-150 g
- Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons or to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 250-300 ml
- Drinking water - 150 ml

1. Wash the barley under running water, put in a cooking pot, salt and fill with drinking water.
