- Egg yolks - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 50 g or to taste
- Milk - 200 ml
- Cognac - 100 ml or to taste

Step by step preparation of strawberry liqueur with cognac, recipe with photo:
1. Carefully break the eggshells and separate the whites from the yolks. No protein required for the recipe. And put the yolks in a large container where you will prepare the liquor, and add sugar to them.
2. Beat the egg yolks with a mixer until a smooth, fluffy, lemon-colored mass.
