  3. You can leave the milk to sweat on a very low light for 1–1.5 hours directly on the stove, then put it in the oven for 20 minutes, so that it becomes covered with a film.
  4. Or, put the milk in the oven right after it has boiled for the same time.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the oven and let the milk cool to body temperature.
  6. Add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream (for 2 liters of milk) and place in a warm place.
  7. Ryazhenka will be ready in 6-8 hours. For the taste, who wants, you can add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, but this is not for everybody.

Put the fermented baked milk in the refrigerator for a while - this will make it thicker. Remember that you need to add sour cream only to warm, not hot baked milk, so the product can quickly curdle.
