- Dried lemon balm leaves - 4-5 leaves
- Carnation - 3 buds

- Dried orange peel - 0.5 tsp
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Anis - 3 stars
Step by step preparation of citrus tea with ginger and cinnamon, recipe with photo:
1. Place red tea in a thermos, teapot or thick glass mug.
2. Add dried lemon balm leaves. You can use lemon balm fresh or frozen.
3. Add orange zest. Fresh fruit slices can be used instead.
4. Pour in the ginger powder. It can be replaced with 1 cm of fresh, peeled and grated root. Add peppercorns, cloves, and anise stars.
5. Dip the cinnamon sticks. Instead of sticks, you can use 0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon.
6. Pour boiling water over the spices.
7. Leave the tea to brew.
