A proven recipe for a delicious dish is napilniki with meat, which is suitable for a festive table and just for lunch on weekdays. It is simple to prepare, but it turns out very unusual and satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 1 l
  • Flour - 300-400 g
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil - 100 g
  • Minced meat (lean) - 300 g
  • Bulb onions - 2 pcs. (large)

Cooking meat cakes:

  1. First, prepare the filling. Peel the onion, chop, sauté in vegetable oil until soft. Put in a bowl. Then fry the minced meat in a pan, stirring occasionally, until tender. Combine meat with cooked onions, salt, add pepper to taste, mix well.
  2. Now prepare the pancake dough. It is necessary to mix the remaining ingredients (milk, eggs, sugar, flour). Add 3 tbsp. sunflower oil. Season with salt (1-2 pinches), beat a little with a mixer to get rid of all lumps. The dough will be like liquid sour cream.
  3. Fry pancakes. Grease a preheated pan with hard bacon or bread crust dipped in vegetable oil (so that the pancakes do not stick). Pour a ladle of dough and distribute it over the bottom, tilting the pan in different directions. Fry on one side for about a minute until golden brown, turn over and fry for another 30 seconds.
  4. Now you need to wrap the patches. To do this, put a tablespoon of the filling on the pancake, tuck the edges, twist the dough like a roll. The dish is ready. Serve hot with sauce.

You can put the finished patches in a frying pan and fry a little more on both sides.
