The endless variety of pasta dishes never ceases to amaze! And what is not done from pasta! Starting with the simplest and most popular spaghetti with cheese and ending with complex and sophisticated sauces, where a variety of meats, poultry, fish, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and other products are combined. For example, one of the hearty dishes for a family dinner will be fusilli pasta with liver in sour cream. The recipe with the photo is easy to remember and you can cook this dish without much effort.
Instead of fusilli, you can use any other type of pasta: spaghetti, shells, tubes, bows, cobweb, papardelle, tagliatelle … The main thing is that the pasta is made from durum wheat. It is also equally important during the preparation of pasta not to overcook them, otherwise they will stick together. If everything is done correctly, the products will turn out to be delicate and tasty.
Chicken liver is used in the recipe, but any other variety can be used. However, the most tender and soft offal are chicken, rabbit and turkey. Note that the liver does not tolerate prolonged heat treatment. Otherwise, it will turn from soft and tender into a tasteless rubber piece. To add that particular Italian spice, where spaghetti comes from, add basil (fresh, frozen or dried) to the dish.
